1. Fulfillment for Pre-Sale Orders (Current Naruto Drop)
This timeline applies to all orders placed during the official pre-sale period for our new collection.

Pre-Sale Model: To ensure the highest quality and exclusivity for our community, items in this collection are made-to-order based on demand. This means that production begins after the pre-sale window closes.

Estimated Delivery Time: The total estimated time to receive your pre-sale order is 25 to 30 days from your date of purchase. We appreciate your patience and support as we craft your gear.
The conclusion of the pre-sale period will be announced on all our social media channels and through our email newsletter.
2. Fulfillment for Standard Orders (Post Pre-Sale)
This timeline applies to all orders for in-stock items placed after the official pre-sale period has ended.

Order Processing: Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, standard orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, for a total delivery time of approximately 5-9 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders across our serviceable pin codes in India. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For Pre-Sale Items: You will receive the tracking number after the manufacturing period is complete and the item is shipped.

For Standard Orders: You will receive the tracking number within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking link to become active.
5. International Shipping & Other Policies

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India and do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
